If you are in the UK, consider donating to Shelter, The Trevor Project (specifically a charity caring for LGBT youth) or a huge number of homelessness charities that have much more equal policies.
As an added example: remember the Salvation Army fired a young bisexual mother, who was in a monogamous, different gender relationship, and who was at that time the sole breadwinner for her family, simply for BEING Bisexual.
