People say “You have no reason to own an AR-15!” but honestly, I have yet to hear a good reason as to why I SHOULDN’T own one.

Because you have no reason to own one. There ya go.

Do you believe in owning humans?

No.

So why do you think it is ok to control what people own? How can you dictate what property nonviolent individuals own?

And here I thought you might have some legit, interesting argument. Never mind.

So you don’t think you can dictate what people own?

Owning a person is not the same as owning an inanimate object. We ban THOUSANDS of inanimate objects every day. You are the dumbest person I’ve ever seen on Tumblr, and some people were convinced you could make infinite chocolate.

Owning a person is different than owning an inanimate object?  No shit Sherlock.  You missed the point.

The point is: you can’t give orders to free persons as if they were slaves.

oh my… oh my fucking god… I was wondering why I never saw people actually defending owning war machines but I realize it’s cause you guys are so fucking dumb your arguments could pass as shit posting.

there are laws made every day and do you feel imprisoned because of them? do you feel wronged because you don’t have the right to kill, to rape, to torture? all of these laws were set up to protect the general population. owning a gun that has literally no alternative purpose other than to practice using it (on what, by the way?) makes no sense. you can’t hunt with these guns. you can defend yourself a lot better with a pistol probably. an assault rifle is a weapon made to hurt as many as possible in little amounts of time.

why in the fuck should civilians have the right to these awful, dangerous things? because they aren’t slaves? are you fucking thick? if the government is trying to protect you from hurting others they aren’t taking away your human rights, they are enforcing the rights of the people around you.

There are laws every day and criminals still dont abide by them.

As someone who lives in England, the wonderful country where i can get arrested for learning karate and using it whilst being literally attacked, i believe that law abiding citizens should have guns. You cannot, CANNOT take guns away from all american citizens, there are too many guns for that. There are already gun laws and regulations, like, a lot. “War machines”, they’re also used for hunting food and used in multiple different sports, so they’re not just for war.

Guns are collected for the same reason that knives, bows, motorbikes, trading cards and everything else ever is collected, because people waNT TO.

There’s no reason I shouldn’t own an AR-15 if I have the money, the license, and the desire.

It’s just that simple in a free society.

what in gods name am i looking at

the left side is where i place my typing orb

So not to derail, but this is what’s called a one handed keyboard. Obviously, that means it’s designed to be used with one hand. While this is something that a few professionals who do hella typing and mouse clicking prefer, as it means not switching your right hand back and forth between input devices, the primary purpose is, of course, to allow people with the user of my one hand to have maximal use of their computers. People missing a hand, as well as people with partial paralysis are the primary market.

They come in right and left hand versions, and this itt board is one of the more expensive models, but the curvature really is (according to reviews) excellent for helping prevent fatigue and repetitive strain injuries on the one hand that’s doing the work of two.

Just thought I’d share. Accessible computing is a seriously under appreciated field and while I admit the keyboard is quite striking to look at, the engineering and consideration that has gone into its design really cannot be over stated.
