The real way to deal with them is to ignore them and not reply to them. Or at least not with hate. Because that’s exactly what they look for.

He hates to be ignored or not taken seriously, that’s why he never messes with me. He even blocked me once because he couldn’t handle some counter trolling. But when I called him out on it, he isntantly unblocked me.

He’s a pathetic, no life waste of semen who doesn’t deserve your time nor attention. So please, try not to reply to him with hate.
